Started out in the industry at a young age, eventually working my way through school enough to get a degree at the Swiss Hotel Association Hotel Management School Ecole Les Roches in Valais, Switzerland. I got my stripes after winning gold at my first culinary competition at the Chefs on Parade in Manila.
Worked as an Executive Sous Chef at Tre Cucine in Zurich, chef at the Peninsula Hotel Manila, and Makati Skyline. Currently Culinary Director at Brotzeit Philippines.
I still dream, and I still have my passions. I try to surround myself with positive people, and still working on having my own restaurant someday.
