Finally I got myself together and my recipe books and notes to design a small menu that would showcase a glimpse of my repertoire or recipes. Some are classic, some are different, some are comforting, some are provoking. And the best way was to upload it unto my Facebook Page for all and sundry to view and comment. Clients will now have the opportunity to add comments and perhaps provide suggestions on how it can be expanded and improved. I invite all you readers to get a glimpse into my culinary world.
